Tehsil Amravati, District Amravati, Maharashtra.

Amravati (also known as Amrawati or Amraoti) is a city in the state of Maharashtra in India. It is believed to be the city of Lord Indra, the king of all gods. The city boasts of historical temples of Goddess Amba, Lord Shri Krishna and Shri Venkateshwara.

Amravati is also the headquarter of "Amravati Division" which is one of the six divisions of the state of Maharashtra. ( Vidharbha region). Following four districts come under Amravati Division Akola, Yeotmal,Buldhana, Washim.
